Shijiazhuang Industrial Heritage Park
该项目位于原石钢厂区西北侧，西临谈固大街，东倚金山街，南接贤明路，北靠光华路。项目总占地面积约121亩，总建筑面积6063.15平方米，打造创意谷、文化园和活力区三大文创基地，建设运动活力场、公园市集、环园步道、地下停车场等内容，主要采用钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构等建筑工艺，通过文创开发和文化传承两大策略，传承记忆、聚焦人气，挖掘场地历史记忆、活化利用工业遗产，打造独具特色的工业遗址公园。
The project is located on the northwest side of the former Shigang steel plant site, bordering Tangu Street to the west, Jinshan Street to the east, Xianming Road to the south, and Guanghua Road to the north. The project covers a total land area of approximately 121 mu, with a total construction floor area of 6,063.15 square meters. It is designed to establish three major cultural and creative hubs—Creative Valley, Cultural Park, and Vitality Zone—and will include facilities such as a sports vitality arena, a park market, a loop trail around the park, and an underground parking lot. The construction primarily employs reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, and other building techniques. Through two key strategies—cultural and creative development and cultural heritage preservation—the project aims to preserve memories, gather public attention, unearth the site's historical significance, revitalize industrial heritage, and create a distinctive industrial heritage park.
石钢工业遗址公园产业定位是以文旅、潮流、夜经济为核心的多元化综合园区，园区由商业区、服务区、综合区及停车场四个部分组成。其中商业区共3000平，包括艺术创意工厂、沉浸式体验馆、亲子乐园和餐娱综合体。园区经营方向为打造重金属工业风为主题的摇滚聚集地，同时融入的业态包括文创市集、啤酒花园、公路酒吧、咖啡、小吃、快简餐等，打造全时全季全年龄、智慧化、潮流主题公园。
Shijiazhuang Industrial Heritage Park is positioned industrially as a diversified comprehensive park centered on culture, tourism, trendy lifestyles, and night-time economy. The park consists of four parts: a commercial area, a service area, a comprehensive area, and a parking lot. The commercial area covers 3,000 square meters and includes an art and creative factory, an immersive experience hall, a family-friendly amusement park, and a dining-entertainment complex. The park's operational direction is to create a rock music gathering place with a heavy-metal industrial theme, while also incorporating business formats such as a cultural and creative market, a beer garden, roadside bars, coffee shops, snack stalls, and fast-casual dining, aiming to build a smart, trendy theme park that operates all day, all seasons, and for all ages.
