Located on the shores of Kun Cheng Lake in Chang Shu, Zero-Carbon Digipark covers an area of approximately 105 mu. Boasting the city’s finest ecological resources, the park centers on green and low-carbon development, leverages digital technology as its driving force, and draws on its lakeside landscape. It is dedicated to attracting industry leaders in fields such as artificial intelligence and the industrial internet, with the goal of creating a central service district that features distinct industrial characteristics, brings together a wealth of high-tech enterprise resources, and offers world-class business facilities.

The project will focus primarily on R&D, high-end forums and exhibitions, office spaces, and lifestyle amenities. It will integrate a variety of industrial functions—including innovation incubation, technology R&D, headquarters economy, and smart services—to create a digital, smart, green, and low-carbon “Zero-Carbon Digital Technology Island” innovation and industrial base.

建筑幕墙形式主要以竖向、横向结构为主, 其中有疏密和错落的变化,照明手法主要以高层办公东西面竖向照明及南北面横向照明;零碳峰会中心、总部办公立面竖向照明设计为主,体现 建筑本体之美。
The building’s curtain wall design primarily features vertical and horizontal structures, with variations in density and staggered arrangements. The lighting design focuses on vertical illumination on the east and west facades of the high-rise office building and horizontal illumination on the north and south facades; for the Zero-Carbon Summit Center and the headquarters office building, the design emphasizes vertical facade lighting to highlight the inherent beauty of the structures.
